Shipping policy

At Bree Bougie Boutique, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated. Orders placed during launches, sales, or high volume periods may experience slightly longer processing times. 

Pre-Orders Items 

Some items are offered as pre-orders. Pre-orders items typically ship with in 2-4 weeks from the order dates. Estimated shipping times are provided in the product description. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise noted. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed once the package leaves our facility. 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or stolen packages

Brees Bougie Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If the issue occurs please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Address Accuracy 

Please ensure your shipping address is enter corrected at checkout. Brees Bougie Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
